What can you do? If Manny botches his tenure here (great start), what is going to make the next hire different? Will the administration actually decide to pony up? If not, how can we change that? I've seen ppl mention Coach O, but we are talking about a school that pays top notch for anyone they want. How do we get the administration to throw that amount of cash? How do we get the administration to support "the bag game?" It is always fire, fire, fire the next guy. How do we get it right? How do we fix these abysmal 16 years? So... Realistically, what can WE do?
