What are your predictions for the third starting WR next to Malin& Coop?

To be fair, with 2020 Bama, when you have a RB score 26 TD’s in 13 games, you probably aren’t throwing a lot of fade routes in the EZ.

Of those 4 Bama WR’s, only 1 had over 1000 yards (Smith) and only 1 other (other than Harris and Smith) offensive player had more than 4 TD’s.

I mean, most teams don’t have multiple receivers go over 1,000 yards so I don’t really care about that. They had 2 over 900, 3 over 500. That’s plenty.

I don’t think with our running game we’ll need to be throwing a ton of end zone fades either.

The point is, while it’s nice to have a true X, I’m not sacrificing consistency for potential with our 3rd receiver. We saw the negatives of how that can play out with Jojo against SMU

Vaughn or Moore would more likely put the most pressure on the defenses. I expect a healthy amount of bunch sets, stacks, and motions with Barkate and Toney and Upshaw/Jacobs. Tether Vaughn or Moore or Wingo to the LOS on the other side. Pick the matchup you like best. Most teams will have to play 2 deep shell against us.

Having all of these different skill sets at WR gives Dawson/Mensah a ton of versatility.

Yep when Barkate transferred here unexpectedly I figured the writing was on the wall for Cam Vaughn. They seem like the same type of WR except Barkate is better.
 
Upshaw. Coaches play the most consistent players. Every report is that's Upshaw. Meanwhile we hear reports Josh Moore needs to be more consistent which has been the theme since spring.
