It all starts with the O Line imo. Get quality depth there along with a QB that can stretch a defense and we'll be well on our way. Other than that, we just need depth across the board. The previous regime has our class spacing so screwed up it's not even funny.

I did not say that. I am suggesting that he make the necessary changes to improve the program. For instance, Rick lacks creativity as a play-caller. We can improve in that area. But, he's going to continue to run his Bland predictable offense until he passes it along to his son.

That's why I asked because I wasn't sure.
I will absolutely agree with you. Ritch needs to have a true and honest evaluation of what is going on with the offense including the play caller.
