If I had to guess it'll be Lingard. Not many 5 star recruits dont see time at all their freshman year. I can see how some resentment can form if you feel like you're the most talented player in the room but the coaching staff wont give you a n opportunity especially when the position has struggled for the most part this year.

We're the only school in the nation that recruits top-tier talent (albeit not at all positions) and just lets them ride the bench until we're ready.

The game has changed and Richt hasn't kept up with it. Freshman are expecting to play ASAP and we could compete a lot more with the Bamas/Clemsons of the world if we did this.

I want to know what the deal with Williams is. Why is CMR keeping him back? I have to think after the texts from the other freshmen and his QB coach last Friday, the kid is frustrated. What is the deal?

By the way, the last time Richt had to hire an OC, he made a garbage hire. Why? Because Schottenenheimer also didn't believe in a modern offense, just like Rick. Here's Richt's reasoning:

"We were looking for someone similar in philosophy as to how you think offensive football should be played," Richt said at SEC Media Days. "There's so many teams that are just spread. They're spread, and they're going fast. They have four receiver sets, sometimes five and all that. We'll get into the spread to some degree, but we still want to have a physical running game to complement a play action passing game and complement our ability to spread and do those kinds of things."

So long story short, we might get our wish and Rick will hire an OC. I predict it will be another TERRIBLE hire. So I guess what I'm saying is we're f*cked.

Jon Gruden's been coming to UM for the past three openings.

He was even there measuring for curtains when Golden's head was on the block.

Someone must have offended him - because it was a wrap with Gruden.

Face it slurpers. Football has passed Mork and is looking at him in the rear view mirror. The sooner he gets dumped, the sooner we have a chance to recover. We aren't winning another game this year. Keeping Mork will destroy recruitment. We've been down this same road too many times. Some of you dopes haven't learned a thing.
