Rosier is coming off a game where he had 285 total yards and 5TDs. If Perry is the starter moving forward then it shows me winning is everything to Richt. Instead of waiting for Rosier to have a bad game and then pull him, He decided to make this move before it happened. This move took a lot of balls to make and Richt deserves a lot of credit.

I'm just wondering what @Stefan Adams meant with Richt saying it was pre planned? Please don't tell me that was some punishment for sleeping in class or saying he was shushing the fans and he's the starter crap is the next thing we hear.

I just hope that this wasn't punishment for the Instagram post and is a legitimate Qb change but then again if Rosier was in trouble then he wouldn't have played the first 2 drive.

I think Perry was getting burn to prepare for UNC. Richt seems ready to make the switch. Richt handled the QB battle poorly.

How so?

Didn't take balls. Common sense should have had him make this move long ago.

I liked every second of it. Looks like we have a new number 1 QB. He looks he part.
Seems depth at the position is better than I can remember.
Perry looked very good.

Starting Perry against LSU could have been a pretty bad move as well. Overall I think he made the right decision starting Rosier week one due to his experience and knowledge of the offense.

5 TDs last week. 3 TDs per game over 16 starts. And he started 2 of 3?

Yeah. That’s pretty bold to run Perry out there and not look back.

It took balls to pull a 50 % passer ? That’s known around cfb as being one of the worst starters in power five? Every insider that talks about Um questions the qb play, it’s bedn the pink elephant in the room that’s finally been put to sleep.

Let’s just be real , it didn’t take balls.

It wasn't that bold. You could see from the first two series that Rosier had his Pittsburgh face on and had zero command of the offense. Richt was tired of seeing the offense sputter. It's what a coach who makes more than 4 million is supposed to do.
