I'm not getting the impression this was a premeditated sexual assault of a total stranger. There's no kidnapping or breaking and entering charge so there's more to this.

not at all, I never implied that. I'm referring to the statute and likely reason it's a second vs a first degree offense. It's all bad if he's eventually convicted of the charges.

One thing for wishing help for those that suffer from substance/alcohol abuse. Another asking for the same thing on people that are just morally bankrupt.
 
Kid needs serious help mane, and if he doesn't get it this might end up really bad. Jail might actually be the best place for him right now.

he did have a hit and run. he also had numerous stuff in miami. his DUI here got him kicked off.

The vast majority of rapes are committed by people who knew the victim prior. There's not more to this than that Kevin Olsen is a spoiled little **** who wasted his head start in life and deserves everything coming to him.

It's not rape rape. I doubt she ever sent the required revocation of ongoing consent to *** via certified mail as is required by law.

The m'fcka raped his girlfriend & punched her in the face & we got a bunch of people pushing this "help him" narrative, smh.

But yet Sam Bruce smokes some weed & misses a few rehab assignments, and there was no "feel bad for him, I hope he gets the help he needs" sentiment anywhere on the board.

He was just a dummy who messed up his opportunity & everyone **** on him.

Kevin's been nothing but a **** up for several years now, why so much compassion for a dude who's done nothing to deserve it?

Anyway, the two situations are not comparable. Bruce did fūck up, and he deserves all the scorn he gets. But it's the type of scorn that somebody gets when they ***** up a job, or do something wrong that's not illegal..

What the younger Olsen is alleged to have done is on a whole other level. The two situations and not even comparable. Bruce can go on have a successful career and a happy life, as long as he does what he supposed to do and not sleep in every day. Whereas Olsen's life, or at least his shot to have a normal one, is basically over.

At one point is it OK to just say somebody is a piece of **** human being? Everyone makes excuses for these types , I mean Aaron Hernandez has a crap load of supporters. People literally making excuses for a straight awful human being.
