Alright, alright, I’ll admit I wasn’t a fan of the Díaz hire, intially, but as time went on, I commented that maybe he wants to put on for the city that he loves.

Well, here we are. He’s literally undoing all of the bull chit we had to endure for the last 3 yrs:

Step 1: Kick everyone on the offensive side of the ball out of The Hecht

Step 2: Go after a young, defensive mind who’s transformed a **** poor G5 team that follows the concept of relentless aggression

Step 3: Show no favoritisms and strip away unnecessary titles from protégés

Step 4: Hire a S&C guy who’s intense AND in shape.

Step 5: Throw out smoke screens to disguise who he really wanted as OC the whole time

Step 6: Hire a RB coach that had his running backs lead the conference in rushing and an OL coach w NFL experience

Step 7: Go to a weak link on the team, thank him for his services but kindly ask him pack up his chit

Step 8: Look at deficiencies at team and use the portal to resolve deficiencies and create REAL competition

Step 9: Introduce the team to the new way of life; have fun, but accountability is on a different level

Step 10: Welcome back a kid who’s our best playmaker under a different football environment

I’m juiced b/c this is how we’re supposed to be ran. We have a real QB coach that can call plays. Anxious to see how the staff finishes out, but unlike Richt, Diaz is doing what it takes to win. I feel like we’re going to be @$$holes again.

We’ve had a divided house for years, and it felt good to see us unite again. Let’s roll. It always was and always is about This U.

Did he really tell Mahoney to GTFO?? I know there’s a thread on this but I’ve been to busy feverishly refreshing a few dozen JT4/Martell/Hurts threads to really give a **** what happened with him. If so, that’s another big fvcken check plus for Manolo.

Yeah man. He told him it was in his best interest to transfer elsewhere. Lol.

That's like Manolo's first 10 Commandments...

man, I want to believe. I'm not going to lie, I'm shell-shocked from the last 4 hires that started out with some positives yet flamed out!
