Oklahoma boy here. Raised with the Sooners shoved in my face. Always liked OSU and their orange. Jimmy Johnson came along and made the Cowboys competitive. Miami peaked my interest when they whipped Nebraska in 84. Then the Canes hired Jimmy. That was the beginning of my bandwagon journey. The Miami vs OU and Nebraska games made me enemy #1 in Oklahoma. To this day. Even my 21 year old son has noticed the hate AND the Canes family recognition.
