WTF! Dude sounds like he wants to be a Coordinator. Sounds like a Loser! Why wasn't he doing those things?

He transitioned into a CEO role that he is on record saying he didn't like. His point was that he missed being hands on compared to being distant
 
He may very well be too soft for us at this stage. However, the new program might revitalize his love for coaching.
 
Dumbo calls the plays and is head coach. This tells me he wants more control of the offense maybe he did not have that UGA.
 
Was reading this the article where they thought he needed to be fired. It seems like his better years were when he was calling the plays, working closer with the QB's. He gave up the playcalling to Bobo in 2007. Prior to that, the record was much better.
 
I have no problem with him as OC. But he is soft and soft HC gives you soft team -- we just learned that. Butch as HC; Mark as OC with Kaaya and good things can happen. Defense savage; offense a beast. Team hard and mean.

Dude is a nice guy but NOT a great HC!

The way he looked at his firing press conference reminded me of the the way Folden looked all too often while coaching us into oblivion.

Last thing we need is another nice guy that can't win ships.

Dude can win us 10 games a year and apparently a lot of our pussified, new school, Goldenized fan base is okay with that.

I'm old school. We're the ****** U!

Bring in a savage like Butch and we'll be playing savage D again and competing for Championships.

He was forced into the CEO role. They were more concerned with him out fundraising then winning games.
