Weinberg the most underrated pickup of the season

Mind you this is a guy who FSU gave up on. He’s been great on kickoffs and looks more than solid on FGs.

Back to back seasons we’ve taken a kicker who struggled at his previous stop and fixed them.

And he has two more years left

Davis had a cannon, but his accuracy made me nervous even last September.

Weinberg has been very fluid with his mechanics and dead nuts accurate so far.

Just a gut feeling, but I think he’s going to be an asset. Doesn’t have the leg of the Borregales brothers, but hopefully we don’t need a lot of 50+ yard FG’s.

I guess we will see when a game is on the line, how much ice he has in his veins.

They moved on from him. He was inconsistent as **** but you could see the talent. The ball exploded off his foot. We all know kickers are nut jobs. One minute they can be great and next awful.

Looks good need to keep giving him attempts and confidence but nailing a 50 yarder right down the middle in the 1st quarter at Clemson when it still mattered is nice.

Yes I think Weinberg is as good and probably better than our kicker last season. Good pickup for us.

He launched that kick like a pro. It impressed the **** out of me. I wasn't sure how it would work out but it's been a pleasant surprise.

his pats have real low trajectory, and i still don't trust his accuracy from deep (career long was 46 or something before clemson)
