Basically it says they are doing High Intensity workouts like cross fit. They lift weights with no breaks they still have to do some kind of workout like sit ups, push ups, planks etc...while they wait and they move
station to station. They say it's a difference more intense.

Jim Stoppani has a similiar workout. Its called Cardio Acceleration. Instead of resting youll do say 30 seconds of step-ups and what not

Yeah, something to keep the heart rate up during the workout. He has his two programs shortcut to shred and short cut to size.

I just hope we get the sheer uniforms to help us see the gains the players made in the weight room this off season.

The main difference is the caloric intake for each program. Other than the the two programs are very similar so, to answer your question, yes as long as you are eating the right things. Which they should be doing if the nutritionist decent
 
No matter what they doing its BETTER! We operating an real major college football program. Two years at Temple does not prepare you to do that well know oh so convincingly.
 
Whatever the program is at Bama is what Miami should be doing. Dem bois huge and shredded.
