It’s going to be pretty funny when Oregon is ranked higher than Ok State until either one of them loses another game.
 
Heather Dinich went through her concoction of poisons to have us land at 4 with the Irish right behind and the Gates at 8. Cannot believe she has Oregon at 9.

I believe rankings would be so much better if pre season rankings were removed. Its a built in bias thats just as bad as some of the conference bias the networks have
 
I know you can't put OSU over Texas, but to me the top 4 right now are Miami, ND, UGA, and OSU in no particular order. OSU was crushing UT in Austin until they inexplicably went prevent. I think OSU will still be a problem.
 
Miss state up 11 spots for a win at home over Missouri, Missouri stays in poll after loss. 5 of miamis opponents in other receiving votes. We see you ESPN and everyone else, great work as always
 
No Wake Forest in the top 25? Yet Michigan is still in at 2-2 with a bad win vs a 4-5 win Oklahoma team. Tennessee only drops 4 lol. Ole Miss drops below LSU who they beat. Absolute joke of a poll

Tbh at this point we have to blame the coaches because they are head over heels for brands over results as well

It's funny how unserious this FPI BS is. It's clearly weighed so that SEC teams stay as high as possible - with the intent of using this metric end of year so they can justify sending as many sec teams to the cfp.

The funny part is SEC slurpers will have you believe that its non-biased but when you go to the espn website they hide the methodology as "intellectual property/methodology" that they won't share.

It's ESPN/SECs version of "trust me bro"

Isn’t the FPI the metric from that Connelly guy? The one that has a two loss Oklahoma team from 08 or 09 as his greatest team of all time?
