Coaches keep it conservative and favor the big brands. Besides UVA getting in for UF, no one dropped out of the top 25 altogether.

Houston should still be ranked. OU needs to drop out. UVA will drop out.

SMU will still be ranked, but will the coaches / media do the right thing in accordance to Louisville and LSU should literally be beside each other?

Will the media and coaches reward Texas tech’s ranked win?

Sooner or later they’re going to have to respect Utah and BYU who have both looked sharper than Alabama and Notre dame.

Missouri should drop a few spots for their game against Troy

Mississippi state will and should be ranked. They’re a sleeper playoff team. If they beat who they’re supposed to beat, and go 2-2 against Texas, Alabama, LSU, and Ole Miss; they’ll get in. Oklahoma, mizzou, cupcake, Auburn and Vandy are the other games on the schedule

Week 1 had western Michigan vs ranked Michigan, and week 2 had unranked Michigan upset ranked OU + OKState upset ranked Oregon, week 3 had Kentucky upset A&M and WVU beat UVA.

History and the odds say at least two of the 35 unbeaten teams lose to a team with a loss already; and that at least one ranked team will lose to unranked team this weekend.

Aside from all that, there are six ranked matchups this weekend.

If I were a voter, I’d simply not be shamed to going off preseason rankings; and tell people to **** off whenever I switched my rankings flow up week to week.

I think Oklahoma state is good, but if I rank them, on pure principle, I have to rank Tulsa ahead of them. I think Tulsa and North Dakota state are good, but it’s too early for them to be in the top 25. Gotta keep them hungry.

Western Michigan beats Boise and then they get my attention. But they still need to win like 6 more games for me to put them in as a 1-loss g6 team. It sucks but let that be their course of miracles. Many others, even this year, know the feeling of being a witness.
