They might not be talented, but they are very well coached and always find a way to win and close out games. They are the anti-Miami.

The ACC cannibalises itself every year - like every other conference does. The difference is nobody respects the ACC so a loss is seen as a travesty, whereas a bum**** SEC team losing to another bum**** SEC team is seen as an example of the competitive balance in that conference.

The move away from divisions was moronic though - they basically ran into this problem last year and they're going to be lucky not to run into it this year. You're going to have undeserving teams in the ACCCG because their schedule is a fluke - like SMU last year.
