Pitt will never be above average team if they don’t clean up their defensive penalties, letting BC hang around because they already have 8/86 on penalties in (1.5 quarters !!!!)

Pitt’s problems are bigger than that. They don’t have a reliable QB now. Looked like a top 3-4 ACC team and now will struggle to win against mediocre teams.
