Excited for the FIU/Jax State game tonight.
Until a school is actually left out of the playoffs due to non conference sos there will be no changes. It's crazy that we're in week 7 of the season and schools like Clemson and Tx A&M are playing FCS schools like Charleston Southern and The Citadel. If they were in the playoff hunt I would argue they should be penalized for that.
Indiana scheme doesnt allow for a bunch of picks, unless osu was to start running away with the game which IU defense usually wouldnt allow. Their offense is very structured and barely allows him to drop back and make throws that are not predetermined. Maybe a tip pass or something but can osu stop the run?I am going back and forth on that B1G matchup in Indiana.
I do not think the Hoosiers can stop Jeremiah. They can slow down their RBs though.
Hoover has played decently this year but will this be the game he finally shows his true colors and throws a bunch of picks?
This is true. The way I was imagining the picks though were tips or just him running away from pressure and doing something stupid .Indiana scheme doesnt allow for a bunch of picks, unless osu was to start running away with the game which IU defense usually wouldnt allow. Two ACC members, Boston College and Georgia Tech, will play eight league games plus three Power non‑conference opponents. Louisville goes even further, pairing nine ACC games with two Power non‑league matchups. Colorado (Big 12) and Purdue (Big Ten) each face nine conference games and two Power opponents outside the league.
That’s tomorrow’s slateBoth games solid last night.
We'll see tonight.
Chance to see Emory & Ray Ray but i think imma watch GaSo vs ODU
That’s tomorrow’s slate
There are eight undefeated p4 teams. All eight are ranked in the top 12.Can someone tell me what in the **** BYU has done to be ranked #8? Can they make it any more obvious they rank them that high to justify ranking Notre Dame 2, and giving them a spot in the playoffs because they beat the #8 team.
ND schedule is what you’re standing your grounds on?Part of the solution should be for the P4 to universally ban playing all FCS teams. The B1G used to have that no-FCS games rule then they reversed it. The other part of the solution should be a requirement for p4 teams to play 2 p4 OOC games. We’re faraway from the latter happening anytime soon. That doesn’t mean programs should be scared to do so, tho.
MFs, HCs, need to sub more regularly if they want their youngins to get reps; and not be afraid to do so until they’re up 35+ w/ 8 minutes left in the game.
One of the main reasons there aren’t more good games, or there are lulls whereby a p4 team plays a FCS team after the first month, is because people largely don’t acknowledge or respect the programs that actually step up to present better games to CFB watchers and their own fanbases.
Mfs were hating on Jesse Palmer saying Louisville was the best 3 loss team in the country even though it was a factual statement lol. People were clowning the Wake Forest—Purdue game as a matchup of two bad teams outperforming their badness rather than a badass football game.
It’s odd to see this transpire in our fanbase when South Florida football culture is the total opposite way. Carol City could have a much better record right now if they didn’t play a national schedule; and maxpreps actually rewarded them for it: they were ranked the 9th best team in the state despite having two losses on their record.
ND actually should get more credit for not playing FCS teams; hot take.
