MEGA Week 6 Games Thread

[Hold My Beer]

Im not even sure what the Noles were doing on defense.

Noles ain't sure neither.

They're at Al Golden vs Clemson levels of bad right now

Washington gotta be sick after that investment in Williams with the LSU drama, should of let him leave with this terrible ROI.

We need to go after that WR commit from Texas he’s gotta see both clubs are on completely different trajectories.

FSU was looking forward toward our game lol.

Cardio. Just running around out there.

The combination of advanced age, sobriety and abstinence makes them Utah boys dangerous

Washington getting smoked. Not surprised. I'm actually in Seattle now. Didn't seem like there was a lot of excitement in town for this game. Tons of very white people in Iowa gear all over downtown.

Call me selfish or a crybaby but I still want retribution for 47-0. That blowout in 2021 doesn't count to me.

[BooBoo]

It was almost 21 - 0 at one point. They never got to 21.

I want 59-0 Washington level destruction. If Norvell survives this **** show, I want Mario to swing the axe next week.

Brother he hasn’t won a road game in over two years. He can’t recruit. He can’t develop. His coordinators were/are terrible hires. No one gives a **** about his conference record this year. Administrators always listen to the fan base. Norvell is cooked.

100%

But you asked if he's fired tomorrow.

[CaneFanWNY]

**** of a stick by 10 on Iowa state

[OBLIVION]

Some dang good hits in the Iowa St BYU game so far

Williams is talented, but he's kind of a bird brain.

He'll follow up a great play with a bone-headed decision at least 2-3 times a game. He doesn't read defenses or protect the ball much if any better than as a true freshman two years ago.

Probably best for Washington if the program hits rock bottom and cuts ties with Fisch after this season or next.

There's a ****load of money in Seattle obviously.

U-Dub needs to spend and invest like a Top 15 program instead of the typical West Coast milquetoast half-hearted approach to football of every school other than Phil Knight U and (sometimes) USC

Since going undefeated in 2023, here are FSU's wins over the last 30 games:

Central Arkansas
New Mexico State
East Texas A&M
Kent
Charleston Southern
Cal
Virginia
VT
Wake
Alabama

They've only played 11 road games during that 30 game stretch and they've lost them all.

Mike Norvell is likely on his way to his 5th losing season in 7 attempts.

Seattle's changed a lot over the last 30-something years since Amazon came.

A lot of people from elsewhere -- many from other countries -- who didn't grow up with the Huskies.

Plus, U-Dub is a very insular place. Not very welcoming to those T-shirt fans who didn't go to school there.
