Week 3 games

If an AD is forward thinking, they’d have serious interest in hiring Jamarcus Shepherd.

Also, Jesse Legree, true freshman, 5’10 170, was a cornerback who switched to WR his senior season at Saint Frances.

Now he’s second in the country in receiving yards; only to Malachi Toney

Oh yeah, we’ll be alright. Heal up and make a few rotational adjustments on the OL and at LB and we cooking.

Stop playing Toure and Smith together.

Move Judd to TE, and move McConathy back to DE, **** it move Chase Smith to DE😂😂😂.

These teams overrated af.

Hey @DMoney how's Arch doing against the Roadrunners of UTSA? I'm sure he's putting up video game numbers against them.
Guy doesn’t know a **** thing about this game
D $ definitely outs too much emphasis on physical traits. Not saying they aren’t important, but any he talks about Arch it’s about his physical traits and athletic ability.

The mf sucks at qb. Would be a great TE though 😂😂.

agree here across all...

this team is a playmaking TE (we have one of the worst TE rooms in P4) and an elite 3-down LB from being unstoppable at full strength

I disagree wholeheartedly. LSU hasn’t beaten a good team yet and Louisville put up just as good of a fight against Ole Miss as LSU. Your still mystified by that born on third base conference.
Stay with me here.

Who LSU has beaten/not beaten is irrelevant.

Based on how what we've objectively observed through Week 3, LSU and Ole Miss are a notch above in play right now. I'd say Louie Louie would probably give Miami all they could handle too. Our Canes aren't rolling Oh St nor Texas just yet either. Let's see Jawga get tested.

This doesn't mean kinks won't get worked out, but the inability by Dawson to plug and play between Mali and Barkate, as was wholly expected in off season, is a head scratcher. RB is deep, but interior OL has a ton of work to do, and quite frankly, had some big misses against Wake.

The Demon Deacons aren't beating: LSU, Ole Miss, Louie Louie, Oh St, Texas, or Jawga.

Again, I'd say both LSU and Ole Miss are a touch farther along than Miami, right now.

Let's see in December.

Also, not impressed with Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Oregon, or USC through Week 3, and neither should their fans be.

We can def beat LSU. Not saying we’d dominate them or anything but we can compete with them as of today
I'm not implying our Canes would get crushed alá 2018 thrashing (score was much closer than actual game), but if Canes had to play LSU next week...

😬😬😬

Now, I trust Santo Mario and staff will get it rolling (especially OL). What drives me crazy is Dawson's turtle shell play calling.

Not sure if it’s their ability to play the run, but the other LBs all look pretty good to me, and can move: Zeke, Pruitt, Wiley, and Bonner.

I think that Ole Miss is more refined at this time in the season. I think they were the better team compared to us most of last season as well. I also believe with our full depth, we could beat them. LSU is a poser. Great at making adjustments but they are not a disciplined or highly talented team.
I believe you + I are saying 95% of the same thing gato!

Go Canes.

I remember when you were a fresh face on this site. There is nothing empirical about your game. You gave up the straight shooting shtik years ago and now just fill every post with massive hedges to either (or usually, both) extreme(s).

There is no hedging gato.

Miami plays LSU or Ole Miss next week, it's an L for the Canes at home, away, or a neutral site.

Santo Mario and staff get the kinks worked out, as we expect them to, and in tbe playoffs Miami gets the dub dub.

I got YouTube TV and now I can literally watch every single CFB game possible.

What I've learned is that there are amazing skill players at every level. The only difference between Power 5 and everything else is the trench play. D2 OL look horribly conditioned and have too much baby fat. There are a lot of 5'9 defensive tackles and 6'2 OTs. WRs and DBs usually have D1 height but look malnourished lol. But there are some gems to be had in the portal if we look.
The human race births a very small and finite number of OL/DL dinosauropodians, aliens, and elite hoooomans.

Why did Ole Miss go for 2 there? Yeah, I know they got it, but…why?
Because Golding wasn't confident they could hold on in OT, and he assessed at least a good chance LSU ties it up.

Didn't work out that way, but I believe that's what he thought at that moment.
