Those of us in South Florida know that weather forecasts of more than two hours are useless but the prediction for next Sunday is 88° with a 55% chance of thunderstorms

Go Canes!

Seeing as the field is gonna be shredded from the rain and FAMU game the night before, and adding that its gonna rain leading up to the game and during the game, WHO has the edge in a monsoon mud match???

Most the board acts scared of their #1 back, but in a slug fest i’m taking our 3 headed monsters over that one dude that hasnt gone over 16 carries in a game. 2 of our 3 are bulldozers. Im just assuming both OL are equal in talent. Will the young QB get the yips and fumble some slippery handoffs. Can he throw in the rain in a hostile crowd, full of florida mans?!?!

Who’s front 7 on D will hold up the best in the slop?!?!

Edit: forgot about the Lofton factor!!!! Is this the game where greentree AA turns into cfb AA?!?!?! This dude was made for this type of game. Run, block, short passing!!! Lfggg

This is subject to change, but this morning's forecast is looking more favorable. Peak rainfall in the 3:00 pm hour, with lower chance of thunderstorms into the evening. Rain should be done by 8:00 pm.

We have an enormous advantage in the passing game. Why would we want a sloppy field?
Their secondary is talented and experienced… Their running back is quick and shifty… I like our chances in a rainy muddy game.

Update for those of us who live far from Florida? What’s the buzz down there? Still thunderstorms?
