Richt and Diaz will make sure a fire is lit this week at practice just watch...
 
The Canes need to execute on O at a much higher level of excellence or the D is going to have to bail them out for all 4Qs.

Underperforming games happen...good test in Boone to see how they snap back.

Not saying they [App State] are correct, but those players [App State] are going to watch the FAU tape and really feel like they are going to win.

Here's to Richt and staff bringing them back to reality.

Fau did take a top 10 ranked Florida team to ot and should have won last year and they also got one of the best pass rushers in the game in hendrickson
 
I watched some of the App St - Old Dominion game today. They really were not that impressive. ODU might actually be worse than FAMU and App St didn't really blow them out. Then again, we looked pretty sluggish today too so I won't be surprised if it is a relatively close game unless the offense suddenly finds another gear next week. Oh and like Consigliere said, I cannot believe we are actually going to that **** hole to play a game.

59th in Bill Connely 128 team power rankings (duke is 58th)

FAU is 99th

If you like transitive properties...they would have beat Tennessee if they had a kicker, and Tennessee is up 3 scores on VT...

exactly why we should blow them out I expect richt and kayaa to come out in a spread and dominate from the very beginning

kayaa needs to get going, with walton back there and herndon and company outside

put him in the shotgun and just take your iddy biddy time
 
hopefully kaaya focuses and makes faster reads and starts to connect on the deep balls if he can do that were gonna be good defense is pretty good but seems to be holes in the secondary at times.
 
App State is clearly better than Virginia Tech. I think this will be a close game. Early weather reports are showing rain as well.
