I prefer the new OC be the QB coach as well. Offensive philosophy has to be connected to the QB and I think the best ones are usually QB coaches (always exceptions though). Therefore, I would part ways with Ponce.

This is the key. Mario did it backwards and that’s why he got stuck with gattass. Don’t force a staff on an OC. Let the OC decide and trust them.
