No Butch's turning point was when he beat FSU in 2000. The UCLA game was a great win over a top team at the time though, UCLA's defense was not good though.

If Miami was 5-0 and rolled into this thing with some steam, maybe.

Against a Bronco Mendenhall-led team year four against a sloppy Miami team year one under Diaz, be f**king thrilled with a one-point victory.

Our players and coaches are ****ed. Good. It shows that they care. But how are they going to change the same mistakes and results plaguing this team? How are they going to prevent themselves from coming out flat and falling behind by multiple scores? How are they going to clean up the stupid mistakes such as penalties? If they are in a close game in the fourth quarter and get the lead, what are they going to do to not blow another late lead?

Everyone needs to calm down... We're a Jeff Thomas fumble away from beating a top 10 SEC team; we a 4th and 17 from beating UNC. Maybe an extra point away from beat VT.

We're not gonna get rolled by anyone. We got this. Won't be easy but we'll be 3-3 and looking strong doing it.
