Pretty simple.
Williams looked good with protection against Florida State and Louisville.
Butch saw enough film on 15 to know that if you bring the heat, he's a different quarterback.
FIU brought pressure and Williams reverted back to early-season against Florida form.
All of this is on Enos—the supposed "quarterback whisperer", who hasn't gotten both Williams or Perry to where they should be. (5 has matured off the field but still hasn't improved much on it.)
Diaz needs to punt on this overrated, overpaid offensive coordinator and get a guy who can do all the things Diaz said he was looking for.

People still don’t get. Perry is up and down. Williams is up and down. Martell would be much of the same ( God forbid he was forced to run Enos’ under center offense. YIKES!).
People want a qb that rallies the troops and takes the bull by the horns and all that other rah rah bullshyt.
Want to know why their body language is so bad? JUST WATCH THE COACHES! Manny looking like a scared little kid that just got his candy took. Enos looking all confused frantically flipping through his playbook.
The COACHES do not handle adversity well. Teams take on the personality of the coaches. Manny and Enos talk tough **** behind a podium, but it is a completely different story on game day when the momentum starts moving against them.
Flash and no substance? Fake confidence and false bravado? Our staff completely embodies these traits but we can’t seem to figure out what the problem is and why the players exhibit those traits.
The effect people like Strawley and Bass have on this is real if the information coming out is true (which I am certain it is).
Feminist despise alpha men with genuine confidence and leadership skills because they cannot scare, manipulate and control them. Alpha men put to bed the nonsensical theory that men and women are the same and that gender is just a social construct. They are powerless in the face of unwavering men and DESPISE that fact of nature. The ironic thing is that femininity is what moves alpha men but feminist immerse themselves in pseudo masculinity that only has an effect on the beta horde, which is considerable power.
I say all this too say that what ails Miami’s program is that we have not had a genuinely confident alpha dog coach to command the respect of the players, capturing their hearts and minds and pushing them to new levels of achievement. With people in the Hecht like Strawley, we never will.
I know one thing...a QB should rally the troops/motivate/fire guys up. I don’t get that from him.
