We really need to find out what’s up with Jarren Williams

How tf do you lose to FIU with the most pathetic QB performance in UM history?? His performance against Central Michigan might be the 2nd worse performance in UM history.

I do not want to see him on this team after this season let along starting. There is no excuses... ENos didn’t tell this clown to throw in triple coverage??

He needs to be investigated seriously because unless he is drug addicted or mentally ill... he is throwing games. There is no other reasonable explanation for that bs we saw last Saturday.

A competent HC would have started Perry the third-quarter. After all, he's the chief and can order Eno's to play Perry ( I say that just in case Eno's didn't want Perry to start the third-quarter. ). Or PERHAPS Eno's did want Perry to lead the offense entering the third-quarter, but Diaz said No Way Hose. hUh.

I think it's obvious Jarren has been acting like a spoiled brat at times with his threats to transfer and leaving practice/s. He's supposedly had some outside coaching that may have him feeling he's entitled to be QB1. His actions on the field after a big play - dropping the upside down L for example - speaks volumes to me about where his head is at.

Jarren definitely needs to grow up. I’ve been told by people working practice that sometimes Jarren just won’t show up. That he doesn’t feel like practicing today. That’s just unbelievably immature and I’d bench him for that, not to mention his poor performance. We need someone to step up next year, whether that be Jarren or otherwise.

I think we all agree that Manny and Enos don't know how to evaluate, project performance and manage QB's. Starting a QB because of fear he could hit the portal if not chosen then seeing him regressing after playing 9 games and not do anything about it is another sign of Manny/Enos incompetence.

If JW wanted to leave, then so be it. Because there's Perry and the kid who's red-shirting. And there's always the transfer portal route. But then again, Miami fan knows how that turned out with the kid from Sin City. :ttdg2m10mxvzxan.jpg:

We blame Enos and rightfully so, but let's be honest, Jarren has been part of the problem too. The lack of leadership, flaking out almost leaving during the season, lack of commanding the offense, soft mindset when the going gets tough, etc. He has flashes for sure and I am hoping for a nice offseason for him but unless he puts more work into it, he's not the guy for us.

He looked literally shook after those interceptions instead of ready to punish them the next series he got out there. The triple coverage throws were some of the worst I've seen. He needs to put in the work.

Lol I wasn’t waiting for this.... I congratulated Jarren for winning the 3 games before although I wasn’t riding his nuts like he was some future heisman candidate all of a sudden.

I had very small expectations for him to gain my full support which was to win the remaining games on the schedule... FIU and Duke, then beat whatever barely above .500 team we are going to play in our bowl game.

I didnt want him to put up the worst QB performance all time against FIU... I had money on the game and the spread. I lost out on over $5,000 trusting this clown so yes now I have a more personal beef with him.

His sleepy high looking *** isn’t Miami material... NKosi Perry would’ve won me my **** money.
You couldn’t wait to post this thread let’s be real, this you after that game😂

let me be clear I’ve defended Jarren in the past but even I will admit he was bad for a large chunk of that game, it wasn’t all bad but he was off

Jarren doesn't trust what he sees unless it's 100% open. That much is clear, receivers were running free (primarily on corner routes) and he was just refusing to let it fly
He did that some This game but in the previous 2 games he DID NOT and was throwing early, even before they were out of their breaks which is what you are supposed to do. On one instance he did predetermined a throw in which Wiggins stopped running his route due to Wiggins running into the db it compiled into an int

Soft mindset when the going gets tough? Did he show that vs uf when they were down and came back , unc game when they were down and came back? Pitt game down in the final drive while down and came back? Even a 4th quarter rally vs fiu(yikes even typing that) but come on now. The kid needs to mature for sure But that comes at different moments for every kid. It’s easy to cast stones to a kid in THIS DAY AND AGE OF FOOTBALL WITH THE TRANSFER PORTAL playing the most important position on the field, a qb at that about contemplating a transfer at one point. That is common place for qbs nowadays and a lot of successful qbs were transfers, it happens but no need to keep bringing that up as signs of immaturity.

with regards to fiu he did look shook as it was a snowball effect like vs va tech after one int happened. that absolutely has to stop moving foward.

Yes he showed the same soft mentality against UF and UNC which is why we lost... and folded against Central Michigan trying to give the game away against them...next questions
