We need to be Grad Transfer U!

@cleverjdub Frustration brother. Just frustration on my end. Every fan of this team is in this malaise together. The team has been boring on one side of the ball or both for years. We cannot fill out a roster and have holes all over the place... absolute frustration.

Didn't read past the thread title but i agree. We can't compete with the big dogs in recruiting but that doesn't mean we can't have success.
 
Absolutely! Its the right move now. When we start winning, maybe we dont need as many grad transfers, but right now we must.

I usually don’t respond to Miami fans who are as knowledgeable as my 2 year old kid. They just make noise when someone else make noise and don’t understand what’s going on.
 
Guys need to also realize that Grad transfers is usuallly only a 1 year rental, 2 year max (In a Venezel Boulware like case). So when when are low on numbers like we are in the class we don’t have to reach and offer players that have no business playing here in the 1st place. I would rather take the 1 year rental player who can contribute now than take the 4-5 year bust who has a hailmary type shot of making an impact.

After the 1 year is up we get the roster spot back and we can continue to chase the 4 and 5* in the next class. And if we strike out big again rinse and repeat until we are able to land some of the big time recruits.
