Agreed. Wiggins has raw ability, but he is responsible for a lot of interceptions. He doesn't position himself well relative to the defender on contested balls, he doesn't use his body, he doesn't fight for the ball. He's only good when he has a LOT of separation. Watching him when the ball comes towards him compared to how every single one of the LSU WRs play, is night and day. Burrow could throw it to any of his WRs and be within a 3 foot radius of them and they would typically position themselves and make the catch. Wiggins would just wait for the DB to make a play on the ball.
Hopefully he's getting a lot of work during the offseason and during the Spring, because he could be special if he actually made the effort.
