He needs proper coaching and discipline and to be a success in Orange and Green. He's on the team. He hasn't quit.

He had proper coaching. Enos was a very good QB coach

JJ, Howard, Butch..... Dennis was a great game day coach but won with JJ's players.

These guys just all lack discipline.. Too eager to pass out a turnover or touchdown chain. It all starts with coaching. If you watch some of the film- our QB's are terrible in the wildcat/hurry up.

I’m like 50-50 on the player vs coach blame argument. Coaches are paid so point blank you are held responsible. At some point though, kid or not getting your *** kicked has to set in. You’d think a light would go off for one of them. Especially if they had any dreams for a shot at the league. Five star recruit to one series in a bowl game after transferring for example. Getting yanked for Kosi after winning the offseason competition. I think that’s why people on the board have no hope for current QB’s not talent.
