4) Chuck Pagano who was here in our resurrection era, knows a lot of great coaches, is doing great as NFL DC this year, and has a lot of NFL HC experience.
5) Go get NFL bad *** coordinator route (besides Pagano). Someone like Leslie Frazier (Buffalo Bills DC) who has a decade of connections of amazing coaches and has been excellent for a while.
