That is the guy we need. He’s the dude.

Excellent offensive mind, modern approach, excellent motivator of men, coaches with balls, an edge and passion, does more with less, is a builder. He’s hungry!

The NFL will eventually come knocking if he comes here and that’s the kind of coach we need.

Bring Dino to Miami and we will flourish.

Richt is a lazy fluck who just wants to be comfortable and collect checks, like it’s his social security

Will Richt accept him in such a position? Will Richt even if pressured from above be able to get along with a OC he does not control or have the same philosophy with? This is not like replacing a part in a machine there are egos, etc. Even if the best OC available could be hired the internal conflict could result in a bad team chemistry.
The only sure fired way is one at the present time that is near impossible- Replace the head coach.

Just like CMR getting an extension after having a good 2017 season only to implode in 2018. Here is Dino's record so far at Syracuse, maybe you might want to see what he does next year, before you start throwing his name around as the next head coach of the University of Miami.

Eastern Illinois: 2012 - 7-5, 2013 - 12-2.
Bowling Green: 2014 - 8-6, 2015 - 10-3.
Syracuse: 2016 - 4-8 (beat #16 VT), 2017 - 4-8 (beat #4 Clemson), 2018 - 7-1.
Pretty **** good track record!

Look at the overall record. Every Dog has their day with 2016 VT & 2017 Clemson. Finished 4-8 both years.

Are you fricken kidding me? Look at Syracuse over the last 18 years and then come see me. He’s built Syracuse from the scrap heap, using duct tape and glue, with zero talent to work with, and he now has them sitting at #22 in THREE YEARS.

Babers is the real **** deal

Hey **** head, the evidence has been presented to you that Coach Babers has turned around three progams and you keep on waiting for Jesus. Babers is the man to take us to the promised land, but the window is closing fast. While you and others are still gushing over 60 plus year old has beens your looking at the next Saban/Meyer and we can get him.
