With the loss to FIU, Miami becomes the only team in the last 40 years to lose three times as a 14-point favorite in a single season. Canes lost to VT as 14-pt fave, GT as 18.5-pt fave and tonight to FIU as 21-pt fave. Canes also won 17-12 as a 30.5-pt fave vs Central Michigan.

That sums it up.

The real concern? Manny would likely be doing better at Temple. Why? Those kids want to play, regardless of how mediocre they may be....

He is in over his head trying to change what ails this group of loafing clowns.
I'm pretty sure they still see him as the little guy celebrating on the sidelines with them the last few years when they made a sack or a tackle.

FIU's kid played their best (which still wasn't that great) because they knew their coach cared about this game. We were on a field trip I guess....we sure as **** didn't care about the game or performing for our head coach.
