Why won't d'no just be a true friend and resign.
He's not the problem, well, he's not the root cause of this. It's Golden's defense and philosophy. We're at the point of no return with Golden. Bringing in a quality D-coordinator is putting a band-aid on a bullet wound.
True.
But lots of coaches have tweaked their philosophy/system over the years, even if it meant scapegoating and firing assistant
coaches and coordinators so they can bring in a new system.
Golden has been here for 4 years and had ample opportunity to do this but didn't.
So it's on him now.
I'm not disagreeing with anything you said right here. 99.999% of football coaches make adjustments as you pointed out. But Golden will never do that, and will always stick with the same staff. **** the AD that hired Golden.
