We have all the pieces needed athletically. However, we lack the instincts/edge needed to take the next step. Plays are there to be made on both sides but we are always a step or two late.

No. OP is right. What the main difference between UGA with Kirby than Richt.

Kirby *** will run the 40 when his kids break for a TD.

What does Richt do? Clap with his arms folded.

18-23 YO kids have to be managed at all times. In games they get down or bored and they never respond. Richt has to manage that. Whether it’s him or the support staff someone has to be that spark on the sideline.

Geez this a terrible take.
Kirby is like 20 years younger than Richt. You're not gonna see any 60 year old coach run the sideline like that.

Then you totally missed my point fellow friend. I don’t expect Richt to run anywhere. But I do expect him to get excited when things happen for his kids and pep them up when things don’t. He literally only interacts with the Offense and QB. He’s a HC. Mange everyone. It’s poor Gameday management to me.

We have all the pieces to win our conference not much further. We need better linemen to compete at the very top. Gotta crush Florida State and take their linemen recruits if they're any good. We'll still win at the very least 10 games.
