But there’s no way around it: None of his star quarterbacks have gone on to find success in the NFL. Even his pro football tenure marked the effective end of multiple players’ careers (Joey Harrington and Daunte Culpepper come to mind).

We agree. I don't know why the consensus is that we can scheme our way out of this hole. You would think that with all the bad hires around here; everyone would be tired of the reset repeater; this quick fix ish aint working.

Perhaps Miami should start recruiting great college football players instead of great NFL players.
