Pound for pound the staff isn't as bad as one might think. Golden's structure is what was flat out putrid that these guys had to operate under.

Scott - developed Walford into a stud, Njoku from a project to a star in making. Dobard and Herndon are coming along nicely
Harris - don't think we had a fumble this year and the protection with RB blocking was improved
Beard - receiving core had a lot of talent so tougher to tell but their run blocking was solid as well as their lack of drops.
Brown - in Golden's scheme who knows what to make of him. he is responsible for Pickney, Quarterman and McCloud. The recruiting video he was the only one with the balls to disagree and actually know what we needed here.

Kehoe, Coley, Melvin - nothing special and not big losses
Williams, D'Onfrio - lost causes and won't ever coach again unless Golden gets another gig

The biggest problems were Golden and Donofrio. The fact that Golden was most of the problem was obvious as soon as he left. Donofrio is evidence by the fact that they spent most games trying to hold on to the lead at the end of the game.

I think I am going to let Richt decide who he wants or who he doesn't want.

He knows what he is weak at right now. He knows if he is missing so many connects that he need to lean on these guys for recruiting for a season. He also knows how much he leans on these guys for coaching. The OC could be nothing more than a figure head in his offense so if he wants Coley for his recruiting connects then F it. Dude has the keys... I am going to let him drive and not be a whinny ask ****** questioning everything he does just to come on here and complain like a chick on an never ending period.
