Hey Pete do you know if he will be on campus before 6s visit is over? I know its the other side of the ball but still...would be good anyway
 
I can take it from you guys that he can recruit, but can he coach. From my understanding Jimbo did all the play calling and his FIU stats don't look great.
 
I hope some of those with twitter are tweeting him 'fear the hurricane' if for nothing else, too **** off every Seminole that still follows him.
 
These last 24 hours have brought more good news than we've had in the last two years put together. If you don't think we're back at this point, Al Golden would like to have a word with you.

Coley did the game planning all week for FSU and Jimbotox called the plays on gameday. Fisch's OC stats didn't look too hot when he was OC at Minnesota for the 1 year he was there & he turned out to be good. I trust Coach Golden with this hiring!!!

I'm not saying that FSU will land Thomas, or Kirkland for that matter, but I believe that this doesn't end things between Florida State and Thomas.
A few thoughts to remember:
Thomas likes Fisher a lot.
I've heard that Thomas' mother likes Fisher, possibly more than any head coach in his final five.
Thomas has a very close, longtime relationship with Freeman.
Thomas plays defense and wouldn't be playing for Coley.
Lastly, Pruitt will get an entire weekend to show Thomas how he fits in his defensive plans.
Again, not saying that he goes to Miami or FSU at this point, these are strictly a few things to think about.

Think the recruits found out last night and that's why some got more involved in the C A N E S chant and throwing up The U.

ALL our boyz are coming home! Coaches Cristobal and Coley are back where they belong. Now we need the recruits to do the same! This is excellent news and no doubt a big loss for FSU. THE STATE OF MIAMI IS BEING BUILT UP AS WE SPEAK- COMPLETION EXPECTED FEBRUARY 6TH

Some clearly are not wel linformed..just highlights the cretibility of the info that gets apssed along here (CIS). They are either in denial, some trying to minimize it, and some that see this as a major hit to the program, recruiting etc. All in all love it

I posted this rumor earlier this week and it was deleted. All of the three major sites, TOS, TN, and this site has something about it. I dont think we would be losing a great coach but we would be losing a heck of a recruiter. He is passionate and the recruits love his tweets. With this year of change, I hope he doesnt leave (especially since it is 2 weeks from NSD). Wouldnt mind if Jimbo did find a great OC and QB coach in the future.

This really is looking like a "I want more money at FSU" scenerio.

I fully expect to see him stay at FSU and land a pay raise.

Living on an island in the middle of denial is what I call it. Their program is officially a dumpster fire. No other way to put it. When your OC, who is a graduate of your school, leaves your program to take the same position at your rivals school that is a tremendous indictment. No way to sugarcoat that.
