The problem is this man clearly won't hire Alpha Dogs. Butch, Mario, Mullen, etc. this guy will only
hire nice guys. Does anyone really think when manny walks into that lockerroom the kids fear him?
Do you think he stands up to anyone in the administration?
We have a kid leading our dance team on the sidelines and no one cares. I want a coach that would
dead that.

Have to fire Jen Strawley as well.
 
when they pull the plug on this disaster, James most likely will be fired as this was his choice 100%.
never forget that he released a statement in support of A.Golden after Clemson game and 24 hours later Golden was gone. BOT is telling this clown what to do and say.
the BOT is run by H.Bass who runs a diversity business..... knowing how lazy BOT is they will hire Strawley and pat themselves on back for true diversity hire. BOT is a joke, AD Dept is a joke, CMD and his staff are a joke
we are stealing money from ACC ... stealing.we have been running on our "rep" for 15 years or so
so when Finebaum or any national commentator calls us a dumpster fire we are a Dumpster fire.

He hires who he can control. Too weak to hire a man with a spine. I once worked for a company that did the same thing with their promotions. They promoted the yes men and *** kissers. Needless to say the work culture was terrible. The problem with Miami's culture starts at the very top and has trickled down.
 
No one is getting fired because Miami would have to pay unemployment.

Step out side reality cost to much to fire someone and to rehire so ownerships will ignore as long as they can then blame hoping that works then a vote of confidence will suffice hopefully then and only then you rehire as cheap as possible.

This is how corporate works

Honestly, UM won't fire James he will be re-assigned elsewhere within UM that's why this is so puzzling. I know they won't go for a Tom Jurich type because of the mess left by Petrino and Pitino but there are plenty of qualified folks to lead UM athletics. Find someone now.

You would have to apply for unemployment, nobody is filing for unemployment. Probably be denied anyway.
