Yall have seen the sporting news article listing Golden choice number 1 for Nebraska, maybe he hasn't fired coach D yet because if he goes, he will take him with?

Best case scenario all around. Golden saves face and gets back to slow, pathetic Big *** football and we get a new coach without giving fat Al a bag of cash on the way out.

Al Golden will have to be fired or forced to resign in order to get rid of him. The thought of another school hiring him is ridiculous and completely out of the question.

We could only be so lucky.

The stars are kind of aligning on this one though. Eichorst gave Golden his fatty extension, Golden gets to go play his soft-*** Big 10 style of football at a school where it'll be accepted, and he must know that Miami fans hate him. He might even get another pay raise out of it - Nebraska isn't really short on cash.

Also, the cherry on top is that he'll do even worse than Pelini and we all get some sweet, sweet schadenfreude.

Dr. Tom was in attendance the night the 'Huskers ran through Al/D'No's defense like crap through a goose. He'd come out of retirement and pick up the phone if he got wind that Golden's name was on a short list. No way.
