Too much handcuff her and you don't have this issue
As I said in my post I have little sympathy for someone who assaults an officer.
I know what you said, you don't have to repeat yourself.
I obviously do if you had to put "Assault" in quotes and asked what I was watching.
Challenging your point means I want you to explain yourself, not repeat yourself.
If you do not understand the initial point then I do have to repeat it to emphasize how wrong you are.
You are not allowed to touch an officer let alone slapping them.I personally have little sympathy for someone who assaults an officer by swinging at them.
They must know there are consequences for their behavior.
"Assault" "swinging" WTF are you watching. It's a girl's drunk slaps vs. a 250lb beast punching her with a closed fist. That's ok with you?
That is assault in most states and considered a felony.
Ok, then let the judge decide that. You don't punch the girl in the face.

That doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

I don’t have much sympathy either, but going Tyson on a drunk girl half his size is just ridiculous

You putting assault in quotes asking what I was watching and not understanding my initial post is what does not make any sense.

Your "point" is your opinion, and I understand your opinion. I put assault in quotes because you used a term that connotes significant injury and applied it to a drunk girl slapping the cop in order to be ok with her getting punched in the face. You're ok with it, I'm not. We can move on.

It is assault. People with a basic understanding of the laws in most states know that there is no connotation of significant injury. That is something you are making up.
Being drunk and committing a crime does not absolve someone from that crime.
I am not saying I am okay with it. I just said I have no sympathy for her. That is why I have to repeat it again.
I just said that if the officer gets punished for what he did then so be it. (If it is proven that he did use excessive force.)That doesn't make any sense whatsoever.

You are ok with it. You've justified the cop's actions by saying the girl shouldn't have "assaulted" him. She should've known better, right?

I must repeat myself in many ways it appears.

LOL you're a clown.
Officer ALWAYS wrong in your mind?Btch *** pig cop shouldve been shot in the head for that...that woman was clearly under the influence he didnt hve to hit her in the face.
Really? Your comment reeks of chauvinism cloaked in false manhood right there.Anyone defending the cop needs to reassess their manhood. Dude is a **** to swing on a girl like that.
Andrew and DMoney consider that an insultI just said that if the officer gets punished for what he did then so be it. I get they put their lives on the line but, his life was not on the line here. Not defending what she did but what he did was uncalled for. Let the courts punish her. Takes a real man to throw down on a drunk women.
