I see not one player on offense with that dog in them like Bandy, Willis, and Jaquan on defense. Sad part is most of the down, dirty, and gritty players are offensive linemen and none of our guys are. No one on offense rallies the troops, no one leads, and no one follows. These guys just go out and play and whatever happens happen. Scheme is garbage and these guys are not put in positions to succeed. I highly doubt guys like Dugans and maybe Thomas Brown truly cosigns this ****ery of a scheme. Jon does because Mark is his dad, Searles does because where else is he going to go and get hired, Hartley I don't think Mark would even acknowledge his opinion. At the end of the day, they are all yes men. Dugans seems like the only one that coaches because he cares about the kids but smart enough to know not to go against the grain. The others are for a check, to build the resumes by having a "slash" on their position titles, and simply because where else they gone go and get hired in the same position.
On another note: Not sure who the coach or GA on the sideline is maybe Kevin beard... But that guys shows more passions and disgust at players on offense when they mess up or make a play than any other coach. One time during the game when Dallas lost that second fumble I thought he was gone fight him. Meanwhile every other coach just went on about there business
