I just don't understand it. They go into a cocoon as soon as they get a commanding lead. Then, when they're to the point where they're on their heels, but just need to run clock, they throw the ball saving clock for the Noles. Could have kicked a FG to go up by 12 at the end instead of only being up 9.

it was annoying to watch but fsu is a top 10 imo so the score is honestly what it would be if we played 10 times IMO. we are better but maybe 7-10 pts better . which makes us the best in the country but still if this game is in November i want to see the killer instinct.

There’s always 1 quarter where it’s completely dysfunctional (against P4 opponents)

The 4th quarter against ND, 3rd quarter against UF, and 4th quarter tonight.

Will we figure out how to put teams away? We know how and we can do it, the HC just has to let it happen.

Three high quality opponents, three almost perfectly aligned game plots.

Get lead. Add to lead. Stand on the edge of domination. Clench until the whistle.

This team is good enough to win a championship, if that’s cleaned up. But ladies and dolls, we haven’t made an ounce of progress in this area yet. And there are 2-4 teams who are every bit as good as us, any given Saturday.
