We’re #1!!!!!

I love how people who haven’t posted a lick after the previous games where we blew people out are somehow by chance back in different threads on this board ****ting on “their” team after a tough rivalry win on a day when half the top 10 lost. Every one of those teams wishes their games went for them how ours went for us.
 
Maybe the ghosts of the Orange Bowl finally made their way over to Hard Rock.Took them a while to find it but I’m glad they finally made it…

Nothing to celebrate at all in that. Byu deserves it more than we do. We just played like **** and laid down in front of basically every primary recruit for the next three years... Not **** to celebrate tonight. This is **** near habitual at this point to know when games like this are coming. Can't give basic squads life and keep hoping to survive.
 
All concerns aside: glad to be going to sleep with a win tonight. Can actually laugh about some of the crazy stuff I'm reading on this board
 
I think BYU gets 1. They have the best win of the undefeated teams. If Florida can go from unranked to top 10 after beating ole miss, BYU will definitely get rewarded for beating ND.

It really doesn’t matter though. Miami just needs to keep winning.

Well speak for yourself bro. The game was exciting & the win was huge at the end. Kids wanna see dat! I’m mad bc we played like **** too! But we still won! Ask UGA, ND, & Indiana, would they love the be in our shoes right now by playing like **** & still win the game. Ask dem! BYU shouldn’t be no #1 when they were 8 & we were 3! They beat a ND team who hadn’t played anyone, & laid down the first time they did. They schedule was **** near as weak as they “claimed “ ours was. By u being a former player u should know that ur going to have games like dat. So by u being disappointed in the win tonight, u should be disappointed in urself being a former player knowing it be games like dat! Did u say the ‘01 team laid down against BC!? Then it was our #1 rival. I ***s wit u @Brooklyndee (BIG PAUSE) but ur trippin now homie! Go Canes

Like Shannon Dawson said, if a team is in your conference, they can beat you. It is what it is. The sooner (you) (everyone) accepts this fact, the better life will be. These programs know more about you than the others, and there is built in rivalries.

Omar got shot by a jit at a corner store. Anyone can end anybody. Yall don’t hear me tho.
