We’ll be good but never great

so be it ... not sure what more you want them to do ... now let's go beat pitt
My point is people are mad we didn't win 58-0 today but the was never gonna happen missing a bunch of guys and VT playing their season's super bowl at home. Their stadium hasn't been packed like the since the opener.

We screwed the pooch by losing to a mediocre Louisville team at home and then giving away the game to a good but beatable SMU team.

Also despite what the announcers wouldn't shut up about I seriously doubt it would matter to the committee if we won today 48-10 or 34-17. We'll need help. And we'll need to win next week which is far from a sure thing.

I watched the game on my phone out and about with the kids. What was egregious that Mario did in the 4th? The one thing that jumped out at me was that we seemed to shift the passing game more to a horizontal/short style rather than the intermediate middle, which was exploited the first half

******* *****. And not an insider. Have a couple friends who are and if they share something with me, great. If not, don’t care. You ******* *****

As of rn, yes. It all comes down to discipline and from my understanding all of Mario teams have lacked discipline. We can talk about his conservatism or game day coaching, but in my opinion team discipline is his biggest crutch.
The penalties are mind boggling.

And is it Mario or Dawson who decides to get so conservative with all the screens. We'll never know unless Dowson ever decides to share it like he did with Mirabal been in charge of the running game.
