Staff needs a new approach that no longer includes:
Taking about the weather. No recruit really cares about that. They care about FOOTBALL. How is the program developing and standing out? Focus on that, no meteorology.
Taking early commitments. Pointless, especially when it's that kid's first offer. We are becoming a bottom feeder program that does that recruiting work for other teams. We are like a frigging farm team, supplying the Yankees and Sox with our finest. Focus on developing impenetrable relationships. Of course the team will have 20 decommits.
Stop with the stupid hashtags. They are making setting themselves up for embarrassment when things don't go their way. They need to re-evaluate how they approaching recruiting as a hold. Who model seams analog and out of touch.
Much to do. I hope they eventually get it.
