Watched the Mario Presser

I don’t disagree with this but also realize that every situation is different. Did Dykes have to deal with the internal rot of a program that didn’t care for the last 20 years? I’m not trying to make excuses for this misery of a season but I would put money on the fact that this was a bigger job than Mario even realized when he got here.

He’s made some bad coaching hires among other errors but I also see what he did at Oregon which gives me hope.
tcu went sub 500 or 500 the last four years. they were a worse program than us the last 4 years. Mario and the staff made the situation a lot worse than it is. its a rotten now bc the staff is so disconnected w each other and the roster. they hung in there the last half of the year for a fired coach

All this shows is Mario should of put Garcia into the game sooner. Just have to go with whose hot next game as well. I think we still get blown out but we probably get more points If they put Garcia in sooner.
Should have started…having brown in meant our passing game was even more limited

Art Kehoe said "good coaching" is the ability to substitute for a guy that can do the job. Essentially depth. We don't have it yet.

A lot of our fanbase isn't built for this. They'd have burned Butch and Jimmy at the stake after 1.

I think the dictionary’s definition of coaching is better…

so you're saying it's not the coaching?
It’s coaching because Garcia gave us a better chance to win yet they start a true freshman on the road against a team that hasn’t lost at home in 7 years….yeah jacurri is the guy to break that streak…I’ll admit Garcia probably wasn’t either but he at least gave us a viable passing threat

IMO, he's gotta be regretting leaving Oregon.
That's why I think it will be interesting to see who we can get at OC. Have to imagine it's only two ways it ends. Either a good HC job from there or it's career suicide no in between with this one.

I'd be surprised if Garcia is still here after Spring practice. He's not the guy.
