Watched the Mario Presser

Well, I’m guessing it’s one of a few things…

- he’s completely befuddled as to why his team sucks. He’s overwhelemed

- he knows he’s got some **** players and staff And he’s just biding his time before they’re out of there in a couple weeks and the new folks come in

- this is who Mario is - he’s a corch
he could fire the staff tomorrow. coaches fire coordinators in season all the time. ****, mack brown did it to Manny.

is he giving the salary back? UNC was still early in the year.
I mean that game was our season. The coastal was lost that day and it was even more clear how bad this team was. I was only half joking when I said he should be texting recruits during tv timeouts during the Duke game.

we were a 3 loss team after UNC? the schedule was still soft enough to finish with 4 losses. were staring at likely 7.

I said back then that he’s checked out bc he can’t reach these kids. No matter what he says or does, nothing changes. And that’s exactly what it is.

I’m not absolving him of what this year turned into, bc it’s his staff. He chose to go against what the roster was best at. But sometimes coaches and players don’t mix. That’s what is happening here. He should be focusing all his energy on finding new coaches and new players. It’s very clear he’s not an X’s and O’s Coach, so what good is he on game days, if he can’t inspire the kids?

I didn’t watch them and I never do lol but it’s absolutely nothing he can say outside of Gattis is fired effective immediately than would satisfy the cane fanbase right now so 🤷🏾‍♂️.
You mean 98 yards of offense in 60 minutes of football is working for you?

Just imagine you are a recruit, with NFL aspirations.

What’s their pitch now?
- You too can play against Clemson and catch 2 balls for 16 yards.
- You can come here and rush for 36.
- You want play QB and throw for 62 yards?

If you think Mario is selling anything about this season …He is selling everything he has done elsewhere that will be at Miami moving forward, and for fans sakes let’s Pray it works.

There is nothing he can say or do. We knew this when we hired him he isn't an offensive guru. He is along for the ride like all of us until the year is over. If he doesn't change the offense then I will say he doesn't give a crap about his job.
Tell me what more any "offensive guru" could have done with our team this evening?

What is he good at? Not good at X and Os. Not good at game management with the clock and timeouts. We wait til the last second to call a bad play. Great recruiter. He grinded this team into the ground with his tough practices. I’ve never seen a team this devastated by injuries. On top of that he hired the most toxic OC I’ve ever seen. The team keeps finding different ways to make a fan depressed. I want him to do well but he has to do what great coaches do and analyze what’s working and what’s not and get that out of the building from coaches, players, Offensive and defensive philosophies. USC doubled they’re win total from last year because they brought in a coach that had linear mindset and built everything around that. That ain’t the U! Sorry for the rant. Had to get that off my chest.

I think he's a prideful guy and I think he's in uncharted territory

he probably didn't see this season going this badly and didn't even fathom it to be a possibility. he is probably as excited to get to the offseason as we are

Which is extremely troubling, because only a complete and utter moron would favor a ball control, power run scheme with a QB, OL, TE’s and WR’s that are not suited for it.

His toughness and outwork everyone mantra falls on deaf ears when the players see how much of a clown show this all is.

In order for a coach to get players to buy in, they at least have to see tangible progress. What Mario has brought in his first season as head coach is a level of regression that I did not think was possible.

USC brought over the current front runner for the Heisman

I'm hoping that this season went so bad that he will see that it won't work in Miami if not it will be a long few years.
