Watched Ted Hendricks dominate his position and many who followed. Michael Irvin was a man playing with boys even at the college level...BUT I have never seen any talent the equal to what MALACHI TONEY can do. WR great, RB great, Punt Returner Great, QB great...unbelievable talent. I'd bet he could punt and kick field goals if needed. We are blessed with this talent and so young. I cannot think of any player on any team that EVER has had the talent of TONEY. There are not enough adjectives to describe his abilities. I am so glad he is a Miami Hurricane. What a pleasure to watch! I could throw out some names but they are singular in talent unlike TONEY'S abilities!

Can’t yet say he’s the best ever WR, but Miami has never had as multi-talented an offense player. Crazy that he’s an 18-yr-old freshman.

You are a Canes historian. If Toney is the best freshman you’ve ever seen, then he’s the best. You’ve seen more freshman than anyone.
I can only go as far back as 1982, but he’s the best freshman I’ve ever seen at UM. He’s different than anyone before him, but I never saw Hendricks or Anderson play at UM.
