Few things stood out....

Good
- Joseph Yearby and Mark Walton are beast and elite.
- Mike Smith needs to get reps as a rush end or hybrid rush LB on passing downs.
- Stacy Coley is a beast / big catches in traffic
- David Njoku and Chris Herndon are beast
- Braxton Berrios is a beast
- Brad Kaaya can make some accurate throws under pressure

* Now the one knock i have is on Brad Kaaya / His Arm Strength....

- watching the washing state highlights it looks like Brad Kaaya has a very weak arm, ive said before that his arm looks weaker than Jacory Harris's and that highlight backs that up.

All of the catches in traffic were bc the ball was floating in the air and dropping out of the sky like a rock, i think that could potentially be a setback, thoughts?

I'm more concerned about Joe Yearbys arm strength. Serious note, Brads improved footwork should improve his velocity.

Still more concerned about two shots at the win inside the opponents' 30 with 5 min or less to go and we lost!

I agree with most of this except the Mike Smith note... After what Marquez did to him yesterday he should just lay low for awhile and not actually do anything.

Kaaya's arm strength isn't an issue to me, I think that had more to do with playing in the middle of a blizzard in Texas, more so than it had to do with ability to deliver the ball with zip.

Kaaya's got more than enough arm to win a NC. Talking about his arm at this level is nonsense.

Kaaya has a talented arm but it did look a bit weaker than his freshman year. That can be due to a number of things most likely him being scared at times of the olines blocking. He did lose some weight his sophmore year so I wasn't surprised. He gained about 10-12 pounds this year to be 218 so that should do wonders. Regardless he now can make all of the throws.

Get ball back with elite QB in a snowstorm with plenty time left on the clock on opponents side of the field?

Yeup time for a halfback pass.

I don't know if this was meant to be funny or not but I legit laughed out loud. Great analysis.

Miami's last decade or so in a nutshell, relegated to playing a bowl game in a blizzard :puzzled:

Random observation but Tyriq's play at 6:19 is awesome. He just rag dolls the DB trying to block him and smashes him into the ball carrier. Haven't seen that before.

LOL at comparing Jacory's consistently throwing helium balloons in perfect weather to a couple of throws in a blizzard.

Harris had the weakest arm of any starter EVER at the U. Harris had no business ever playing at UM except as a backup PERIOD
We would've beaten OSU at home by 50 points had Harris not laid ducks in the air all game uugggghhhh.

Kaaya doesn't have a rocket arm but it is above average for a D1 starting QB. Stephen Morris has a rocket arm but can't throw a mid range out to save his life. Arm strength isn't everything but you need it to be adequate.
