It was a nice throw, but Blades has got to do better. In a live game, he better at least take a PI call and break that up
How many contested balls did Wiggins not catch? He was pretty much wide open every time he dropped a pass. Dude's open more than Kenneth's butt cheeks. When you get open like he does, you don't have a DB draped on you on every pass like Roberson.Roberson makes contested catches. Something we haven't seen much of from Wiggins. Hopefully we see it this year.
First practice after the scrimmage. Why are they in shorts?
Blades always get caught on --- they wont let me post about it though
That's an added benefit of this fast-break offense, much more reps in practice. They just look different in a system that goes fast. Repetition, my friend, will make them all look like the players we all know they can be.
There is a reason so many of us have been dying to go up-tempo, with an O like Lashlee runs. We've all been saying it for years. The amount of speed and athleticism we have will cause teams serious trouble, but we would never make the change. It's about **** time.
Darn good point. I had mentioned a while back how WRs with struggling hands need reps the most, and with the old system and poor QB play, they just weren't getting it. Not in practice, and certainly not on game day. That's an added benefit of this fast-break offense, much more reps in practice.
I would go crazy watching Stubblefield run WR drills last year. It was sooooo slooooooow. I bet they are now getting at least double the practice reps and that's good for everyone, including the defense.
Brown ate Marlon Humphrey lunch to on a nasty hesitation and go!! Even the best will get beat.. These fans make me laughThat's exactly what you'd advise him to do, when you get beat on a Post route on inside leverage the next step is to play towards the outside shoulder, play through the hands & try to basically strip the ball out of the WR's hands on the way down.
However in most cases, when you beat you beat, just take the L & move on to the next rep lol.
It happens more than fans realize, every CB gets beat in practice, even the best lockdown corners in the world get beat, I'm a Ravens fan & was watching some of the training camp clips today & James Proche (who was Lashlee's nation reception leading WR last year at SMU) beat Marcus Peters bad today in practice & Peters is legit one of the top 5 CB's in the NFL, but Proche just got him & ate his lunch.

Have your attorney handle it, sue the University.I don’t like it

I'm in agreement with you... I mean there's probably rules against how many padded practices you're allowed, but that doesn't matter. And then there's the whole keeping your players healthy & stuff, but never mind that...Do you think Jimmy Johnson had them practicing in shorts midway through fall camp? And we wonder why this team has gotten soft.
Like the old saying goes - you are what you do every day. This team showing up in shorts might not seem like a big deal, but this is the same team that a few years ago was having a snowball fight on the sidelines of a bowl game. They need to toughen up, and in my book that means full-contact practices in pads.
One man's opinion.
In a game that’s a contested catch to the ground. Them bois shells. Blades was in okay position. But that was a dime. Either Dee was gunna catch it or blades was gunna have to rip it away while also bring Dee downPretty pass. Dropped it right in. Also think Blades played that a little off
Y’all kill meWhy are they in shorts?
Find me one school who practices full pads for all of fall campDo you think Jimmy Johnson had them practicing in shorts midway through fall camp? And we wonder why this team has gotten soft.

Junction Boys for life! Grind dem **** boys into the ground and see who survives!I'm in agreement with you... If you get the paperwork rolling I'll join in with you on the class action lawsuit, something needs to be done about this!
1954 Texas A&M Aggies. Junction Boys for life!Find me one school who practices full pads for all of fall camp
This is pretty standard stuff to be in shells after a scrimmage. They are still doing tackling circuits and thudding up. By not wearing the lowers you are emphasizing keeping players up/thudding. I would understand your gripe more if they were just in helmets like a walk thru.Do you think Jimmy Johnson had them practicing in shorts midway through fall camp? And we wonder why this team has gotten soft.
