watch this. I truly think we botched it again.

Everyone knows that giving a good post-game press conference is the secret to winning football games.

Great discovery OP.

Not to mention when your expectations as low as they are at FIU, how much easier it is to do just about anything. They are expected to lose most games, so there's no pressure whatsoever.

Watching FIU pressers and pining for Botch, man this program is at a new low.

:stephenahand: Let it go. We all appreciate what Butch Davis has done for us but that’s like taking a hoe back after you know she cheated on you. This is getting ridiculous with the richt hate. Before last year we hadn’t won 10 games since what 2003-2004?..... We got to build this sh*t back up...

Were you even a Canes fan when Butch was coaching here, Brock?

Love Butch - but his game day coaching was very suspect and he could work the bag game see North Carolina . He screwed up by leaving like he did.

Not sure he would be the guy here.

Butch is to Alpha for James Bleak. He would never hire him. It would put him one notch down on the totem pole.

He's old, he's worn out. Yeah they lost but listen to the energy. Richt gets up there all mopey.
Notice another thing. He rattles off players names, positions, stats, etc. How many times you see an
interview where Richt cant even remember kids names? Thanks Blake. Looks like instead of capitlizing on
the U Part 2 momentum, we blew it again.

I can’t remember any interview where Richt couldn’t remember player names.

For ***** sake it’s a press conference.

I get wanting Butch, even though it’s easy to say now and even though he has done absolutely nothing at FIU yet. But everyone is ****ed at Richt, and rightfully so, so I understand.

But you aren’t about to sit up here and try to stress this point just because he has some energy and can remember players names and stats, lol. Will Muschamp has energy too, so does Harbaugh. How much have they won lately?

Too bad you didn't see him coach at UM - and on the sidelines? Whoa!

This.
The talent that Jimmy Johnson stockpiled on defense was primarily Butch who evaluated and recruited. He has an eye for defensive talent especially.

Aye, he stockpiled JJ's teams, leaving Erickson in great shape, left with JJ and won two Superbowl rings as defensive coordinator and Assistant Coach, came back to rebuild the program while he walked in facing 31 scholarship losses, built the team up, lost one game in 2000, left Clappy with his players that won the NC in 2001, and except for getting robbed by a ref - technically won a NC in 2002.

He's a big defensive guy.

Not a QB whisperer.

Butch Davis doesn't whisper.
