FIU got some kids from the hood. If I were Butch, open the floodgates. Nothing to lose. Hit Rosier no matter what. Bring the Blitzes all game long. Force him to throw. Rosier's weakness.

Richt couldn't manifest that much energy if his hair was on fire.

One thing for sure - Butch knows his players.

He was a lot like Erickson in that he's a player's coach.

I laugh when I recall he was ready to kill our Ibis for going on the field and getting us a flag - on the kickoff - at the end of a game.
 
He has done good things at FIU. He would have done well at Miami but Blake James had his marching orders. Remember that Monkey Boy was going to be our coach if Richt wasnt fired. But its premature to give up on Richt.

I thought the story was that Butch back to miami was all but done but richt getting fired from uga threw a monkey wrench into everything

I think hes done MR he has brought us to where he can, I will root for UM always but I know this story Ive heard it before and know how it ends.
 
I get wanting Butch, even though it’s easy to say now and even though he has done absolutely nothing at FIU yet. But everyone is ****ed at Richt, and rightfully so, so I understand.

But you aren’t about to sit up here and try to stress this point just because he has some energy and can remember players names and stats, lol. Will Muschamp has energy too, so does Harbaugh. How much have they won lately?

It is true that Richt routinely forgets the names of his players. He's even asked the reporters before. smh Reminds me of Bowden before he retired.
 
He took a 5-8 FIU team and turned them into a 8-5 team in 1st yr.

I’m not trying to beat a dead horse, but we blew this. Hiring the guy who ESPN just did a documentary on and highlighting the collection of 1st rounders he brought in would’ve injected energy to the back yard. Guarantee we wouldn’t be ?ing if he recruited a 3 star kid. Guarantee Rosier wouldn’t be starting. Guarantee Perry would either get his act together or get his act together. Guarantee we wouldn’t be bleeding 5star & high 4star So Fla kids like we have.

I’m depressed.

He would of got the 5 stars and Saban wouldnt be able to do a **** thing about it
